WordPress.org treats plugins and themes as separate packages, so Builder Suite ships as the plugin and Help4 Blank ships as the clean companion theme ZIP. Install Builder Suite first, then upload help4-blank.zip from the theme release page when you want the blank-theme workflow.

Use /help4-blank/help4-blank.zip for the Help4 Blank companion theme. This is the quiet WordPress shell the builder can control.
