Help4 Personalizer & Engraving

FREE CUSTOMER EDITOR & PRODUCT TOOLS

Let customers make it personal: arrange their photos and message, turn the product in 3D, then save and approve the design they want your shop to make.

Use View product to turn the object, or choose Move, Rotate and Size to arrange selected artwork directly in the 3D studio.

FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS

Build the composition, one layer at a time

Place two portraits around a heart, add a family message or combine a photograph with your shop’s artwork. Customers can move, resize, rotate and flip the images individually.

Arrange selected photos and text directly in 3D studio with Move, Rotate and Size, or use Flat layout for a straight-on view. Save the design, check its proof and approve that version.

Select each photo separately, then move, resize and rotate it to build the composition.

One editor, different products

Crystal & subsurface artwork

Offer hearts, boxes and other transparent shapes. Photos remain flat internal artwork; selected GLB models supply actual mesh geometry.

Photo frames & printed products

Let customers compose photos and messages around your backgrounds and custom outer-frame models.

2D surface engraving

Create artwork for a chosen engraving face and review the saved tones, text and crop before staff prepare production.

3D-print model products

Offer prepared GLB models for customers to inspect and position. Staff use their slicer to prepare the actual print.

FOR YOUR SHOP

Build a catalog you can change

Choose your shapes, sizes, physical materials, frame backgrounds, stock artwork and validated GLB files. Enable each offering when it is ready, and pause it when stock or production changes.

Attach templates to WooCommerce products or variations so the commerce product owns its price, physical stock, tax and shipping. Keep reusable artwork separate from the number of blanks on your shelf.

The core stays free

The customer editor, product setup, saved proofs and configured product-and-option quotes stay in the free core. Pre-sliced filament uploads, material-rate estimates and merchant review are included in the free core.

Pro connects the workshop

Cloud slicing, printer connections, production notifications and customer webcams belong to Pro. Help4WordPress offers a restricted cloud-slicing preview on the filament demo. Camera viewing has its own owner setup and remains off until a camera is paired. Direct manufacturer integrations are coming soon.

What the Pro preview and production workflow include today

After setup, a signed-in purchasing customer can view updating camera snapshots for an eligible paid order while staff run the machine. The preview does not capture a camera itself, stream continuous video, report machine telemetry or send production commands. The owner can turn it off centrally.

The public demo takes no purchases. WooCommerce has development-test coverage; native Help4 Commerce checkout needs the separately validated pricing integration. Previewing a design does not create a calibrated laser program or guarantee a manufacturing result.

Start with one product and one saved proof

Try the sample artwork, then follow the setup guide with the frame or engraving blank you actually offer. Test the complete journey with your own theme, commerce settings and equipment before taking paid production work.

Example quote: 42.3 g reported, 44.415 g with allowance, and 45 g billed after rounding. Rates and upload limits shown are demonstration settings.

Pre-sliced filament jobs

Customers with a prepared filament job can upload supported sliced files, choose the shop’s material and request a quote based on grams and selling price per kilogram. Merchants configure custom materials, a safety allowance, weight rounding, setup fees and minimum charges. The original file stays private for review and manual fulfillment. WordPress does not run a slicer.

Pro plans: three licensed websites

Pro: $499 USD per year includes 200 cloud slices per day, shared across all three licensed sites. Pro Unlimited: $999 USD per year covers three sites with no daily slice-count cap. A main hostname and its www alias count as one site: example.com and www.example.com share one activation, with two more equivalent pairs available. Other subdomains count separately.

The daily allowance resets at midnight UTC. Queuing, concurrent-job limits and per-file resource limits protect the slicing service on both plans. Unlimited does not mean every job runs simultaneously. The free editor, local STL viewer, pre-sliced quoting and merchant review remain available without Pro.

The current cloud-slicing preview is restricted to Help4WordPress. Paid activation and additional machine profiles are being prepared. Printer API integration, production notifications and private job webcams are Pro development work; the preview does not start equipment. Paid checkout is currently unavailable while license activation is being connected. Review the available profiles before using generated files in a production shop.

Your equipment, a print partner, or both

The free Fulfillment workspace lets you assign products to your own shop, an outside provider, or choose a destination for each reviewed order. Printful, Printify and Gelato product references can be organized for print-on-demand planning; custom manufacturers can be recorded for separately agreed 3D printing and engraving jobs. WooCommerce orders keep local routing drafts and their review history. Provider account connections and automatic external ordering are still in development.
