Own-shop and print-partner fulfillment
Organize where each personalized product will be made. Use your equipment, work with a print partner, or decide after reviewing the order. This walkthrough covers the free local routing workspace available in the current preview.

Plan fulfillment in your shop or with a print partner
The free Personalizer > Fulfillment workspace lets you organize products for your own shop, an outside provider, or a choice made for each order. A mixed order can use your equipment for one line and a print partner for another. This release saves local review drafts in WordPress; it does not connect provider accounts or place external orders.
Set up providers and product routes
- Open Personalizer > Fulfillment, choose Add provider, and give your account or manufacturing partner a recognizable label.
- Choose Printful, Printify or Gelato for compatible artwork and print-on-demand product planning. Choose Custom / manual fulfillment for a separately agreed filament, engraving or crystal-manufacturing workflow. Do not enter API keys or private URLs.
- Choose Add product route, select an existing Personalizer template or filament product, then choose Own shop, External provider, or Choose per order. Unmapped products default to Own shop.
- For outside fulfillment, enter the provider product ID and optional variant ID, or your custom manufacturer’s agreed reference. Add any packing or review instructions, then save the settings. These references have not yet been checked against the provider’s catalog.
Review each purchased print job
Enter a WooCommerce order ID and choose Load order, or follow Review fulfillment route from its Personalizer order line. Inspect the approved proof or original sliced file using the existing protected download. A draft requires a paid, unrefunded line. For Choose per order, select one destination and confirm your review before choosing Prepare local routing draft.
The saved draft keeps the exact reviewed source, quantity and destination. Repeating the same preparation does not create a duplicate. Changing routing settings leaves earlier drafts unchanged; explicitly confirm a replacement after review to save a new version while retaining its history. A changed source is held for manual investigation.
What is available now
Routing setup and local review drafts are free. Provider account connections, catalog synchronization, shipping quotes and API order submission are planned connector capabilities; their free or paid tier has not been assigned. Printer integration, webcams and cloud slicing remain the agreed Pro features. Print-on-demand mappings do not imply support for STL, G-code or subsurface laser files. Custom manufacturers still need to validate the actual machine, material and production inputs.
Shops without equipment can configure outside-provider routes now. The mapping does not bypass current visual-product device or checkout checks; complete provider-only ordering requires the validated connector. Help4 product mappings are supported in setup, while this release’s order drafts use WooCommerce.

Change the surrounding headings, copy, images and links in your normal page editor; manage actual provider and product-route settings in the Personalizer admin workspace.
