What is a Ticket?

Here are the different ticket types:

  • Design Issues

These are anything from the image that needs to be changed on a page to an entirely new page that needs to be built for the website.  So the easiest way to look at this one is any change to the site where you have all of the elements of the task just need the task to be completed.

  • Plugin Issues

These are anything from the image that needs to be changed on a page to an entirely new page that needs to be built for the website.  So the easiest way to look at this one is any change to the site where you have all of the elements of the task just need the task to be completed.

  • Theme Issues

What happens if we have to throw in the towel on my current site?

Great Question.  For Token Purchasers this will mean you need to contact your Web Developer and look at creating a completely new site or looking at one of our great Monthly Plans.

For our Monthly People it means nothing.  Simply that we goto work on your staging site making changes and updates per tickets from you.  At the speed of your tickets.  As a monthly Subscriber we are here for you no matter the issue.  We are your Help for WordPress.

What is a WAF?

WAF Stands for “Web Application Firewall” which protects an application from exploits or other malicious attacks.  The one we use will Virtual Patch your WordPress at this firewall level to assist in protecting you even when you cannot click update on that plugin or theme because it breaks everything.

What is Malware?

An Infection that steals data, traffic, or some other usable commodity that can be financially exploited on your website.  These Malware will cause your site to run slow, load wrong, redirect you to external sites, or any number of things just to make the attacker some financial gain.

What is Unlimited Cleanup?

Hackers are constantly wanting to break in for various reasons even if it isn’t to steal credit card data.  New forms of malware to attack WordPress are always coming out. We offer unlimited clean-up’s with all of our WAF installations.

*If we cannot use the WAF We may NOT be able to completely protect your site and Clean-Up’s will become almost daily.

What is Managed WordPress and Why it Differs from What We Do?

Other Companies claim to have a “Managed WordPress”, and have confused the words in the world of I.T.  In a World where “Managed” always meant “I just call in and you fix whatever we can do within the ability of your teams!” not “Well we gave you a server and good luck!”  This is insane.  Managed Services should mean we are here to HELP!

We take the true “Fully Managed” approach! We are here for it all.  From hosting issues to making sure we get backups of some sort on your system no matter who your hosting provider is.

What do I do if NONE of this makes any sense at all to me?
