Layered photo customization, movable 3D previews and engraving proofs for WooCommerce and Help4 Commerce.

== Description ==

DEVELOPMENT BUILD. Not a production-ready release.

The editor, product setup and pre-sliced filament quoting are free. Printer integration,
production notifications, private job cameras and cloud slicing are Pro features.
The connected development preview is limited to the Help4
website and is disabled by default; the free editor has no site allowlist.

Offer pre-sliced filament uploads with custom merchant materials, private purchase costs,
customer selling rates per kilogram, a safety allowance, configurable weight rounding,
setup fees, named fixed job fees and minimum charges. Supported G-code and single-plate sliced 3MF metadata
produce provisional estimates. Merchant review and customer price acceptance precede
WooCommerce checkout; the original file stays private and is retained for fulfillment.
Use [h4pe_sliced_print product="your-product-id"] in a shortcode-capable page builder.
WordPress does not slice geometry or dispatch files to printers. Model-only STL/OBJ/3MF,
binary BGCODE and length-only Cura exports are not accepted by this initial parser.
Spool-level gram reservations are not automated; WooCommerce owns product stock.

Preview bounded ASCII or binary STL models locally in the browser without uploading them.
The separate, explicitly enabled Pro cloud panel sends STL geometry to an authenticated
private worker with fixed experimental profiles. Generated G-code returns through a private,
ownership-checked download and the normal merchant quote/review workflow. It is not a
manufacturer-certified file, and never starts equipment. Cloud slicing defaults off,
requires the Help4 preview site allowlist, and respects H4PE_CONNECTED_DISABLED.

Pro plans are $499 USD/year for three sites with 200 slices/day shared across the license,
or $999 USD/year for three sites without a daily slice-count cap. A main hostname and its
www alias use one site slot; other subdomains are separate. Queue and file/resource limits
apply to both plans. Paid activation is being prepared; the current preview is Help4-only.

Create per-product templates for crystal hearts, boxes, spheres, photo frames and 2D engraving.
Arrange up to eight photos/artwork layers per face, rotate and position text, use merchant
backgrounds and stock artwork, and orbit the 3D product preview. Merchants may upload bounded,
self-contained static GLB models. Customer material appearance images are an optional reference;
physical material, price and stock remain on the commerce product or variation.

Move, rotate and resize selected artwork directly in the 3D studio. The optional Flat
layout uses the same saved design. Mobile options open in a panel beside the preview controls.
Use Editor appearance to change colors, headings, layout and save/review/cart labels or visibility.
Flip photos horizontally or vertically and remove plain backgrounds with reversible,
adjustable border-color matching. Complex subject extraction is not included.

Register merchant machines using 25 manufacturer/module/custom profiles and assign a
supported process to each product. Profiles cover filament printing, photo printing,
surface engraving and subsurface crystal workflows. Device status is manually entered;
direct manufacturer APIs and automated dispatch are planned. The restricted connected
preview adds merchant-confirmed runs, signed outbound connector heartbeats, private
updating JPEG snapshots and optional start emails for existing paid, signed-in orders.
It does not start machines, capture cameras or stream continuous video. The owner switch
and H4PE_CONNECTED_DISABLED constant revoke connected access without disabling the free editor.
Basic Bambu printer profiles do not imply an installed laser module.

Elementor and Beaver Builder include native widget/module controls; Help4 Builder includes
a palette entry. Use one editor per page. Editing canvases show a safe placeholder.

Upload a separate outer product/frame GLB, switch back to a built-in shape, or disable
individual templates. Private design snapshots preserve the selected frame model and its
hash. Tutorial pages use editable WordPress blocks. Technical support is available at
https://help4network.com/contact.php.

Create draft stock-managed products or map existing WooCommerce / Help4 products and variations.
WooCommerce classic and block checkout have been tested locally with synthetic pay-later orders.
The current adapters support USD. This is development evidence, not a live-payment certification.

Native checkout requires the separately proposed Help4 Commerce line-pricing contract.
The sealed Builder 3.0.1 baseline does not provide that contract. Purchasing fails closed
without it. Local integration tests use a disposable patched copy and synthetic payments.

Raster proofs and original photographs are not laser programs or validated subsurface
3D point clouds. No external photo processing or mandatory telemetry is used.

== Installation ==

1. Install the plugin on a disposable development WordPress site.
2. Define H4PE_PRIVATE_DIR in wp-config.php as a writable directory outside the web root.
3. Visit Personalizer to review templates, physical dimensions and production devices.
4. Add [help4_personalizer] or its builder widget/module to a wide-content page.
5. Verify upload, proof, retention and native integration before considering deployment.

PHP GD, EXIF, mbstring, ZIP and an image editor are required for all workflows.

== Frequently Asked Questions ==

= Is WooCommerce required? =
No. Choose WooCommerce or compatible native Help4 Commerce for each template.

= Does this produce machine-ready files? =
Visual products produce proofs and source packs, not laser programs.
Filament jobs preserve the customer's existing sliced file for merchant review and manual
fulfillment; accepting an upload does not certify that it is safe for a particular printer.
The optional Pro worker generates experimental filament G-code using only its offered
profiles. An operator must check that output in the intended machine's slicer before use.

= What happens when I uninstall? =
Customer records and private originals are retained. Uninstall removes the cleanup schedule.
Unordered records expire after 30 days by default while the plugin is active; order-linked
proofs and their source photographs are retained for merchant-controlled order retention.
