Ticket System Outage Noticed

Dear Valued Customers,

We noticed today that our ticket system was stuck in a loop due to a change in the parent folder it resided in. We have since moved the subdomain to another folder and have it now moved to something people should remember a bit easier. The DNS is beginning to resolve now and the site should be restored in the next 2-48 hours due to standard propagation rules.
